Delivery Time

Orders are shipped only after they have been completely authorized. Click here to see "How to Order" for more information on the Ordering Process.

Depending on where you live, delivery time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days after the package has been shipped, which is usually same day. We make no guarantees as to when the package will arrive. However, all watches are always shipped through FedEx or UPS with the overnight delivery option.

Tracking Your Order

There are 2 ways to track your package. You can track it with a tracking number through FedEx or UPS. Simply take the FedEx/UPS tracking number that is emailed to you, go to http://www.fedex.com or http://www.ups.com and enter your tracking number to see the current status of it.

Alternatively, you can track the status of your order through our real-time online order tracking system. The tracking system allows you to view the status of your order or return. For example, it shows you whether your order has been received, billed, credit card or money order has cleared, and order has been shipped. It also allows you to view any comments that our staff might have regarding processing your order. You can do this by going to our website and entering your order number at the top of the page.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

All packages require a signature of the cardholder when it is delivered. We ship all packages through FedEx or UPS and only to the billing address attached to the credit cad (this is where the credit card bill is mailed to). For orders paid by a money order, we can ship to any address you provide within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

All orders must include a signed payment agreement form faxed in to our office. The form is displayed when you ordered, emailed to you, and can also be downloaded by clicking here. Our bank requires the credit card holder's signature for transactions over $500USD. Orders can't be shipped until the signed payment agreement has been received.

Shipping is available only within the United States, with a US-based credit card. We can only verify the billing address of US-based order. If you live outside the United States, please have a friend order the product for you, and send it to you themselves.

Orders paid by a credit card can only be shipped to the billing address (where the credit card bill is sent). Orders paid by money order can be shipped anywhere within the United States. Orders paid by a credit card can be shipped to a different address (cardholder's name must be the same), only if all of the following are provided:

• Fax of front and back of actual credit card being used
• Fax of front and back of cardholder's driver's license
• Fax of front and back of one other piece of identification with cardholder's name
• Last 3 digits of cardholder's Social Security Number (this will be verified to ensure you are really that person. We never have access to your full SSN)
• Fax of signed payment agreement form (available here)
• Appropriate time to call the credit card holder for phone verification

IMPORTANT: None of your personal information or identification will be distributed to a third-party under any circumstances. They are used for internal purposes only to verify the authenticity of the transaction. This may seem tedious, but the policies prevent someone from using YOUR credit card fraudulently. The information is kept for a short period of time and is then destroyed. We do not use your sensitive information for any marketing purposes.
